All custom orders are final sale and are non-refundable once created, as they are uniquely crafted for you.


6. Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality products, but we understand that occasionally, a return or refund may be necessary.

Our policy includes:

Customized Products: All customized items are non-refundable.
Skincare Products: Skincare items cannot be returned if the seal is compromised. Products with an intact seal may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
General Products: Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days if unused, unopened, and in original condition.
