However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy to ensure a positive experience for our customers.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any international returns. We recommend choosing a reliable shipping provider with tracking to ensure your item is safely returned to us in Grenada. Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping costs except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned items, which helps cover the cost of inspection, repackaging, and processing. This amount will be deducted from your refund once your return is processed.

Exceptions: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a return at no cost to you.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Customized Items: Due to the personalized nature of customized items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these products. All sales of customized items are final.

Skincare Products: For health and safety reasons, skincare products cannot be returned if the seal has been opened or tampered with. If the seal remains intact and the product is unused, it may be eligible for return.

Other Products: Non-customized and non-skincare products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
    All original packaging is intact.
    Proof of purchase is provided.


How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at shop@luvyuhselfandco.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Processing Your Return
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Customized items, as mentioned, are non-refundable.
Skincare products with compromised seals are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shop@luvyuhselfandco.com] with your order details and photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.

Additional Information
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
Please ensure you return the product using a trackable shipping method. We cannot be responsible for lost or missing returns.
