Current Processing Time: Our current processing time is always displayed on our homepage for your convenience, allowing you to see the latest turnaround estimates at a glance. Please refer to the homepage for the most accurate processing times.
Standard Orders: All standard orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, please check our homepage for any updates on processing times during peak seasons.
Custom Orders: Orders that include customized products, such as personalized budget binders or planners, may require additional time due to the crafting process. Custom orders generally take 3-5 business days to complete.
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

2. Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Delivery time varies based on your location and selected shipping provider. Generally, standard shipping takes between 5-10 business days within the region.
Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping options (where available). Estimated delivery for express shipping is 1-3 business days depending on your location.
Please note that shipping times are only estimates and may be impacted by factors outside of our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.

3. Delivery Information
Domestic Delivery: We deliver within Grenada. Delivery times depend on your selected shipping option and location.
International Delivery: We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers around the world! Please note the following information for international orders:

Processing Time: All international orders follow our standard processing times, which can be found on our homepage.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method chosen.
Delivery Time: International shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) to monitor the progress of your package.
Customs and Import Fees: Please be aware that customs, duties, and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
Restrictions: Certain products may not be eligible for international shipping due to customs restrictions. If there are any issues with shipping to your location, we will contact you directly to discuss alternative solutions.

For local customers, delivery services are available. 

4. Delivery Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. You will see the total shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Express Shipping Fee: $50XCD

5. Local Delivery
For customers in certain areas, local delivery option is available. Please reach out to us at shop@luvyuhselfandco.com or (473)421-4845 to check if local delivery is available in your area. Additional delivery fees may apply based on location.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

7. Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delays may occur due to factors outside our control. If your order is delayed or lost, contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. Luv Yuhself & Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or any other reason, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask for photos of the damaged item(s) to assess the situation and determine a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

9. Custom Fees and Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other fees that may apply upon receiving the order. Luv Yuhself & Co. is not responsible for any delays due to customs processes.
